The mountains of Gosau are perfect for a climbing taster course. „Laserer Alpin“ will teach your students how to conquer rock climbs correctly ad safely. Half day or full day courses available. Suitable forr children aged 8 years or over. Cost per student is EUR 29.00.

„Hand.Werk macht Schule“: The Handwerkhaus, showcase for local craftsmen and women in Bad Goisern, organises events for school pupils of different age ranges. Activities for children aged 8 years and over. Cost per child is EUR 4.50.

Follow the Eastern Shore Trail, and afterwards enjoy a refreshing swim at the Untersee bathing beach, or alternatively in the open air pool at Bad Goisern. For children age 6 or over, admission to the swimming pool at Bad Goisern is EUR 2.10.

Travel by „Gosauer Bummelzug“ (land train) up to the Löckernmoos mountain lake. It is well worth a detour to the grindstone quarries in Gosau on the way. Suitable for children aged 10 years or over. Price per student for the entire day’s excursion is EUR 27.00.

The Krippenstein, together with the Ice Caves, the Mammoth Cave and the different viewing platforms, are among the most popular destinations for a day out in the area. Suitable for children from 8 years. Costs from EUR 13.90 and depends on which places you choose to visit.

Try your hand at making yogurt, cheese and lots more. What’s more, you get to eat it all afterwards! Enjoy the trip up via the Gosaukammbahn (cable car). From the top it is a gentle walk to the mountain hut. A whole day’s excursion - perfect for children age 8 or over. Cost per student is EUR 30,50.

Children who slide the slede in the salt mine down.

Visit Hallstatt and experience the oldest salt mine in the world. This is an absolute „must“ for any school visit to the area. The minimum age for a visit to the mines is 4 years, and the cost per student is EUR 14.00.
