How do I bake coconut kisses?
You need these ingredients
For approx. 70 to 80 coconut kisses
- 6 dag butter
- 18 dag sugar
- 2 yolks
- 25 g wholemeal wheat flour
- 20 dag coconut flakes
- 2 egg whites
- lemon peel
- a little bit of lemon juice for the whipped egg white

This is how you bake the coconut kisses
Add sugar and yolk to the frothy butter. Mix everything well, stir in flour, coconut flakes and lemon peel and finally carefully fold in the snow. Place very small heaps (rising!) on the baking tray (baking parchment) and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 10 minutes. Enjoy!
