Holiday in the guesthouse Sieglinde
Our house is centrally located in the middle Gosau valley, away from the main road. Bus stop, restaurants, bakery, café is only a few minutes away by car.
Due to our central location, we are the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours in summer. The Panorama trail and walking trail at the Gosaubach are only a few minutes away.
In winter, the Dachstein West ski region can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The cross-country skiing trails can also be reached on foot.
The car park in front of the house is free of charge. The bicycle cellar can be locked and may be used by our guests free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer can be used for an extra charge.
From 3 nights, the SalzkammergutCard is included free of charge and offers great discounts at many attractions in the Salzkammergut.
Our rooms
1 double room with shower/WC on the mezzanine floor, satellite TV, hairdryer, clock radio, safe. (Self-catering, without room service).
In addition, a spacious and cosy living room or lounge on the 1st floor (only for tenants of this room), with balcony, satellite TV, fridge, Nespresso machine (capsules for it are available in the house), kettle, microwave, crockery for a snack. Daily 1 coffee or tea per person is included in the price. No cooking facilities.
The used dishes do not have to be cleaned by yourself.
You can also have breakfast in the café or bakery 100m away.
1 holiday flat 2 to 4 persons on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, anteroom, kitchen-cum-living-room with dishwasher, oven with baking oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, crockery and cleaning materials, shower, WC with window, 2 balconies, satellite TV in all rooms.

Motorway exit Golling - Abtenau, Russbach, Gosau.
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt crossing turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hotel Sommerhof, turn right after the hotel. After about 150m you will reach the guesthouse on the right hand side.
from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: at the Pass Gschütt junction drive straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hotel Sommerhof, turn right after the hotel. After approx. 150m you will reach the guesthouse on the right hand side.
from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt crossing turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 2 km you will reach the Hotel Sommerhof, turn right after the hotel. After about 150m you will reach the guesthouse on the right hand side.

Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee
By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
change to the bus in the direction of Gosausee (Lake Gosau), get off at the stop "Mittertal b. Gosau Ort" and after the Hotel Sommerhof turn right up Schüttangerstraße. After approx. 150m you will reach the guesthouse on the right-hand side.
Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw. Pass Gschütt, Gosau Wirtsweg, Gosau Leitenweg, Gosau Schüttmannweg, Mittertal b. Gosau Ort,
