This **crystal salt** or mountain salt has matured under massive pressure in the mountains and is mined by hand according to old **mining traditions**. The natural salt is not subject to industrial intervention or mechanical treatment and is therefore a **natural mixture of minerals and trace elements**. It consists of the same **84 elements** that have built up the earth and thus our bodies.
