A leisurely ride to the **Iglmoosalm** or the **Schleifsteinbrüchen/Löckenmoos**. Regular trips with guided hike: ------------------------------- ### [Half-day trip with guided hike through the "Löckenmoos" blanket bog](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/oesterreich-veranstaltung/detail/430004077/naturerlebnis-loeckernmoos.html) The slow train or an alpine cab travels along forest roads through the beautiful landscape at approx. 1,400 m above sea level. The starting point for the guided hike is the **Schleifsteinhütten**. From there it goes through the wild and romantic **Löckenmoos**. The unique **high moor** with its small moor lake is a real experience for young and old. On a tour through the moor, with its impressive view of the surrounding mountains, you can learn and experience all kinds of things. The flora and fauna found in this area is unique. Along the marked trail through the "Latschen" (mountain pines), past the small **Löckensee lake**, towards the **Gosaukamm**. Along the way, you will find boards with interesting and interesting details about the local flora and fauna. Available every Tuesday from May to October with a guide.
