We are always available to answer our guests' questions and provide recommendations for excursions. We offer **five** traditionally furnished **flats**, which are fully equipped for self-catering. A small **cottage** (approx. 65sqm) with private entrance, playground and parking in front of the house can be booked for **4-5 guests**. **Do you prefer complete privacy?** We can offer you our house for privat use for **up to 20 guests**. Please contact us, we will be happy to make you a suitable offer. Due to our location, we are the perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. Nothing stands in the way of a hike to the **Upper Lake Gosau** or a bike tour to the mountain pasture **Rossalm**. In winter, you can reach the **Dachstein West ski region** within a few minutes by car or use the **free ski** bus.
