Both floors are heated by underfloor heating in the cold season. On the ground floor, a small anteroom with a cloakroom leads to the 32m² living area with a dining area and a cosy living area. A tiled stove creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly days. A well-stocked kitchen rounds off the ambience in the living area. A separate exit leads directly to the leisure centre. The sleeping area on the 1st floor has parquet flooring and the 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom has an additional bunk bed combination, while the other has a pull-out sofa bed for 2 more people. Bathroom and WC are on the 1st floor. The "Salettl" in front of the house with our butterfly set invites you to sit comfortably. Often already for breakfast. A lot of emphasis was placed on colour and harmony throughout the house. All installations are new. An environmentally friendly air heat pump serves as a source of heating and hot water.
