The equipment consists of a kitchen-living room, a double room with 2 additional beds, shower and WC. In **summer**, our location offers a great starting point for **hiking tours**, **mountain biking**, **swimming** in the Lake Gosauor an **excursion** to the surrounding villages. In **winter**, our location is a perfect starting point for **ski tours** in the immediate vicinity. The **ski region Dachstein West** is only a few minutes away by car or with the free ski bus. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away from the flat. The **cross-country skiing trails** can be reached in about 5 - 10 minutes on foot and run through the entire Gosau valley.
