From the spacious garden as well as the beautiful sun terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the directly adjacent agricultural meadows as well as the forests and mountains behind. The view reaches to the "Loser" in the neighboring village Altausse in Styria. The distance to Lake Hallstatt is only a few hundred meters from the house and the ski areas "Dachstein West" as well as "Krippenstein" can also be reached in about 10 minutes. A groomed cross-country ski run leads directly past the house and also the beautiful hiking trail (Soleleitungsweg), which leads from Hallstatt to Ebensee, is also next to the house. The location is therefore very natural and quiet. The inner Salzkammergut is known as one of the most beautiful regions of this beautiful earth. Surrounded by magnificent mountains, large alpine pastures, glassy bathing lakes with drinking water quality and only about one car trip from the city of Salzburg.
