From the balcony you have a **wonderful view** of the **Gosaukamm** and the surrounding mountain ranges. The **lounge** is equipped with a **guest fridge**, **satellite TV** and **microwave.** Shops, inns, bus and other infrastructural facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance. In **summer**, our **central location** makes us the **perfect starting point** for **hikes** and **mountain** **bike tours**. In **winter**, you can reach the **Dachstein West ski region** in just a few minutes by car or use the **free ski bus**. The **cross-country skiing trails** are only a **5-minute walk** away and stretch through the entire Gosau valley.
