Bus stop, restaurants, in 150m, crocery is only a few minutes away by car. Due to our central location, we are the **perfect starting point** for **hikes** and **mountain bike tours** in summer. The **Panorama trail** and **walking trail** at the **Gosaubach** are only a few minutes away. In winter, the **Dachstein West ski region** can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The **cross-country skiing trails** can also be reached on foot. The **car park** in front of the house is free of charge. The **bicycle cellar** can be **locked** and may be used by our guests free of charge. A **washing machine** and **dryer** can be used for an **extra charge**. From 3 nights, the **SalzkammergutCard** is **included** free of charge and offers great discounts at many attractions in the Salzkammergut. Our rooms --------- **1 double room with shower/WC** on the mezzanine floor, satellite TV, hairdryer, clock radio, safe. (Self-catering, without room service). In addition, a spacious and cosy living room or lounge on the 1st floor (only for tenants of this room), with balcony, satellite TV, fridge, Nespresso machine (capsules for it are available in the house), kettle, microwave, crockery for a snack. Daily 1 coffee or tea per person is included in the price. No cooking facilities. The used dishes do not have to be cleaned by yourself.
