It consists of a kitchen-living room, three double rooms, one of which is equipped with an additional sofa bed and a single room with sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, the toilet is separate. From the large south-west-facing balcony you have a wonderful, unforgettable view on the Gosaukamm. You are welcome to store your bikes in our lockable garage. For **coffee lovers**, there is a Nespresso machine in the flat in addition to the coffee machine, please bring the desired capsules with you, some varieties are also available in the house. The house is located in the middle of the green, the large terrace invites you to **barbecue**, **play** **table tennis**, **badminton** or just to **relax**. We also have a small farm. Wi-Fi in the house can be used free of charge. **Hiking tours** and **mountain bike tours** can be started directly from the house. The bus stop is only a few metres away from our house. In winter you can reach the **skiing region Dachstein West** within a few minutes, either you take your car or you use the **free ski bus**. The entrance for the **cross-country skiing trail** is **directly** near our house and leads through the whole Gosau valley. After 100m you will reach the holiday flat on the right hand side. **from Villach:** Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt crossing turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 3 km turn left after the bridge, then immediately turn right. After 100m you will reach the holiday flat on the right hand side. **by train** Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning lines Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee **By bus (irregularly on Sundays):** Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw.
