Our house has the following capacity: **1 holiday flat** for **2-4 persons**, **4 double rooms** with shower/WC/Sat-TV, extra beds are possible! Breakfast and lounge with drinks bar, large balcony, beautiful sunbathing lawn and children's playground. A barbecue facility is available and the car park can be used free of charge. In **summer**, we are the **perfect starting point** for **hikes** and **mountain bike tours**. The surrounding **World Heritage sites** can be reached in about **30 minutes** by car or you can use **public transport**. In **winter**, you can reach the **Dachstein West ski area** within a few minutes by car or use the **free ski bus**. The **entrance** to the **cross-country skiing tra**il is only **100m away** from us. In winter, the ski region Dachstein West is about 1 km away. The cross country ski trails are reachable by foot.
