**The apartment on the first floor (approx. 45 m2)** with underfloor heating offers space for a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The modern furnished bedroom has a large double bed, a large closet and a flat screen TV. The kitchen with adjoining living room and views of the Salzbergbahn is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and a pad coffee machine.
The **living room** offers a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable couch which can be converted into a **sofa bed** and sleeps 2 people and a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a large shower, a washing area, toilet and a washing machine.
**The apartment over 2 floors (90m2)** offers the same amenities as the apartment on the first floor and also has 2 separate bedrooms upstairs. In total, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. This apartment has a large bathroom as well as a separate toilet on each floor. The kitchen as well as one bedroom have a balcony, all bedrooms as well as the living room have a flat screen TV.
**If you are planning a vacation with friends - you can also rent the whole house, with both apartments. We will be happy to prepare an offer for you.**
And if you don't want to give your pet to relatives or friends, just bring it with you. We have a big heart for animals!
