**"In the Roman" the beautiful part of Hallstatt, which is located on the one hand directly on the lake, on the other hand on a, for a mountain village typical slope, is the house in which a special jewel box is hidden.**
Creative spirit unites yesterday and today

The apartment itself was designed by an **artist couple from Hallstatt** with special attention to detail. There are **pictures in every room** that combine the old and modern **[Hallstatt](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/hallstatt.html?utm_campaign=tourdata&utm_medium=text&utm_source=tourdata)**. **The creative spirit can be felt everywhere in the apartment.**
### Charming apartment with lake view for rent
Right next door is **Hallstatt's most famous vantage point**, from where you can take pictures of Hallstatt's typical **"picture postcard motif"**. The center is a 5-minute walk away.
The lovingly furnished apartment has a **large eat-in kitchen** with **satellite TV**, a **comfortable sofa and dining area**.
The **large bedroom** with 2 single beds, which can be put together to form a double bed, offers a view of **Lake Hallstatt**.
A small **reading and retreat cabinet** with a fold-out **sofa bed** can be used as a sleeping area for up to 2 children or an adult. There is also a **bathroom with shower**, a **separate toilet** and **an anteroom with wardrobe**.
The **fully equipped kitchen** has a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Comforter cover, bed linen, towels and soap are provided. **The entire apartment is heated!**
Families with children or up to three adults are very welcome.
**The minimum booking period is 2 days**.
#### **Arrivals and departures are only possible in the morning.**
If you arrive with your own car, you can use the free **shuttle service** provided by Hallstatt**(Please note**: Due to the special geographical location, no private parking spaces are available).
Use our creative **feel-good apartment as a starting point** to explore the exciting, **beautiful Salzkammergut** and its nature on **excursions**, **skiing** or other sporting activities or simply relax and let your soul dangle and be enchanted by the **UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hallstatt**.
