Modern lightness, **bright rooms** with high ceilings, **free Wi-F**i and a **private parking** space, new bathrooms and new kitchens await you in our house. **Shopping facilities** are within walking distance and the bus stop is also close to our house. In summer, **hikes and mountain bike** tours can be started directly from the house. The nearby towns of Hallstatt, Bad Goisern and Obertraun can also be reached by car within 30 minutes. Our tip: be sure to visit the **Salt Mine** in Hallstatt and the **Giant Ice Cave** on the Krippenstein in Obertraun. In winter, the **Dachstein West ski area** awaits you with **160km** of prepared **slopes** and a beautiful view of the Dachstein mountains. The skiing area can be reached within a few minutes by car or you can use the **free ski bus** directly in front of the house. Pass Gschütt, walk in the direction of the ADEG supermarket. After approx. 350m you will reach the Ulmenhof on the left-hand side.
