**The luxury flat "Am Holzmeisterweg 31" were created out of a wish. The passion to create a place of tranquillity for oneself and others.**
Away from home and still somehow at home!

The holiday flat offers the highest comfort, the best equipment and a high feel-good factor to feel completely at home. Free Wifi, each living room with Smart-TV, fully equipped kitchen and much more spread over 69 m2 each.
There is enough space for 4 people in the "Welzis" flat.
**Hiking, mountain biking, e-biking, climbing, via ferrata** or simply **bathing** in the crystal-clear Lake Gosau - a dream for active people or connoisseurs or simply those seeking peace and quiet.
The **Dachstein West ski region** is the largest ski area in Upper Austria. Wonderful slopes of all levels of difficulty spread over 119 kilometres. To make the journey to the cable car particularly stress-free, we have reserved a ski depot for you directly at the Hornbahn. Simply deposit your skis there at the beginning of your holiday and take the nearby ski bus from the flat to the slopes. No need to search for a parking space or lug your skis!
But not only skiers get their money's worth! The 60-kilometre-long, perfectly prepared cross-country ski trail passes directly by our house.
**Tobogganing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, ski tours or snowshoe hikes** or simply walking along the romantic winter walkway - Gosau offers special opportunities for all ages.

Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 1 km turn right into Wirtsweg and turn left after the Kirchenwirt. After approx. 500 m turn left onto Holzmeisterweg. The holiday flat is right next to the yellow residential house.

Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee
**By bus (irregularly on Sundays):**
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
change to the bus direction Gosausee, get off at the bus stop "Gosau Wirtsweg" and walk up the Wirtsweg, turn left after the Kirchenwirt. At the next side street turn left onto Holzmeisterweg .The holiday flat is located directly next to the yellow residential house.
Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw. Pass Gschütt, Gosau Wirtsweg,

The flat "Welzis" belongs to the Welzbacher family from Germany. They have been spending their holidays in Gosau for over 20 years and are integrated into the village as if they are from here. Gosau has become a second home for the Welzis and their children. After all these years, they have finally made their dream of owning a holiday flat in Gosau come true.
