Motorhome parking spaces at Lake Hallstatt ------------------------------------------ Since May 2020, there has been a motorhome parking space for all motorhome enthusiasts at the Winkl outdoor swimming pool in [**Obertraun**](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/en/obertraun.html?utm_campaign=tourdata&utm_medium=text&utm_source=tourdata). The pitches are located **directly on the shore of** [**Lake Hallstatt**](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/en/lake-hallstatt.html?utm_campaign=tourdata&utm_medium=text&utm_source=tourdata) with a view of the 7000 year old **World Heritage site and salt mine town of** [**Hallstatt**](https://dachstein.salzkammergut.at/en/hallstatt.html?utm_source=tourdata&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=tourdata) with its picturesque village centre. The **8 motorhome pitches** are specially marked. The fee is payable at the parking machine. (coins or credit card). For campers there is a separate supply point for **water and electricity** (coins only) and a **disposal point for dirty water** (free of charge!) **WC facilities, changing cubicles** and **a shower are available** on the grounds of the lido, which also has its own separate nudist area. **Open all year round** - during the **frost period**, however, there are **limited facilities** (e.g. no water supply or waste water disposal).
