Aquajogging - water gymnastics with Daniela Kain (certified fitness and aquajogging trainer) at Parkbad Bad Goisern.** The Healthy Community of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt offers aqua training in the 24° heated water of the park pool under the guidance of fitness trainer Daniela Kain. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Three times a week in the period from 25 May to 11 September 2026** , the extremely efficient aqua training takes place in any weather, according to numerous scientifically proven studies. Positive effects on the entire **metabolism**, in particular the very high **calorie burn**, the promotion of muscle strength, the **massage effect** and firming of the skin and connective tissue, the relief of the musculoskeletal system and **regeneration** are proven and quickly noticeable during this hour.
