Spending several days in nature, just switch off and go hiking. The path is the goal until you reach your destination.Through Bad Goisern, Gosau, Hallstatt and Obertraun leads the **350 km long "Berge Seen Trail"**, the **235 km long "Salzalpensteig"** and the **121 km long Dachstein Circular Trail**. Not so far away but still extendable to several days are the **24 km long hiking trail around the Gosaukamm** and the only **8 km long Nature Trail** on the Dachstein Krippenstein, which explains the flora and fauna as a signposted theme trail.
