Restaurant Seeauer- Heritage Hotel Hallstatt

Austrian classics with an international touch and selected regional specialties from the Salzkammergut await you in the Seeauer restaurant. The cuisine combines traditional flavors with modern interpretations and places particular emphasis on quality and regionality.

Enjoyment with a view of Lake Hallstatt

The menu offers a varied selection - from classic meat and fish dishes to vegetarian options, homemade desserts and fine ice cream variations in summer. Particularly noteworthy are the regional fish specialties from the surrounding lakes as well as seasonal dishes with products from the region.

The restaurant also caters for a little indulgence in between meals: whether an aromatic coffee or a relaxed tea break - the restaurant invites you to linger at any time of day.

The restaurant seats around 90 people. For larger events such as weddings or corporate events, long tables can accommodate up to 105 guests. A special highlight is the new, slightly elevated terrace, which offers an impressive view of Lake Hallstatt and the surrounding mountains. Up to 30 people can be seated here and enjoy the unique panorama in a relaxed atmosphere.

Table reservations for dinner are only possible in two time slots: from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm or from 7:30 pm until the restaurant closes. The dress code in the evening is smart casual and closed shoes are requested. A cover charge of € 4.90 per person applies.

From April to October, the restaurant offers a lunch menu daily from 12:00 to 16:30 and an evening menu from 17:30 to 21:00.
