The nudist natural bathing area in Obertraun, a place were you can drop all your covers, be free and enjoy nature!

In Obertraun at Lake Hallstatt, in the district of Winkl, a part of about 2.5 square kilometres was separated from the municipal lake shore in 1987 and dedicated to nudists. Due to natural barriers and embankments, it is separated from the normal bathing area in Winkl, but is still easily and freely accessible.

The natural bathing area is ideal for relaxation after work. Due to its western location you can also relax in the evening sun. And what is better than jumping into the refreshing Lake Hallstatt after a hard day's work?

A10 Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", from there via Annaberg, Gosau and Hallstatt to Obertraun

by bus:
get off at the bus station “Obertraun Bahnhof/Feriendorf”, from there 20 minutes to walk

by train:
from Linz/Salzburg to Attnang-Puchheim, change to train to Stainach-Irdning
or from Stainach-Irdning Zug direction Attnang-Puchheim
get off at train station "Obertraun-Dachsteinhöhlen", from there 20 minutes to walk
