Our natural salts come from salt mines from Dachstein Salzkammergut and from the Himalayan mountains and are over 250 million years old. This crystal salt or mountain core salt is matured under massive pressure in the mountains and is mined by hand according to old mining tradition.
Our natural salt is not subject to industrial intervention or mechanical treatment and is therefore a natural mixture of minerals and trace elements. It consists of the same 84 elements that have built the earth and thus our body.
