The house Rosemarie is a well-kept, and a non-smoking accommodation, which is situated directly at the edge of the forest.

We offer 3 double rooms with shower/toilet and 2 double rooms with shower and toilet on the floor. All rooms are equipped with TV.

In summer, our perfect location makes us a good starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.

In winter, the house is the ideal starting point for winter hikes, skiing and cross-country skiing. The ski slopes of the Dachstein West ski region are not far away and the ski bus station can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot and the ski bus is free of charge.

Motorway exit Golling - Abtenau, Russbach, Gosau.
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße. After approx. 4 km you will reach the Wallner Rosemarie house on the left side of the road, approx. 50 m before the Gosauschmied inn.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: At the Pass Gschütt junction, continue straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße. After approx. 4 km you will reach the Wallner Rosemarie house on the left side of the road, approx. 50 m before the Gosauschmied inn.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: At the Pass Gschütt junction, continue straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße. After approx. 4 km you will reach the Wallner Rosemarie house on the left side of the road, approx. 50 m before the Gosauschmied inn.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße. After approx. 4 km you will reach the Wallner Rosemarie house on the left side of the road, approx. 50 m before the Gosauschmied inn.

Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee

By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt,
change to the bus direction Gosausee (Lake Gosau), at the stop "Hintertal b. Gosau Schmiedweg" get off. Gosau Schmiedweg" and walk approx. 300m back along the road. The Wallner Rosemarie house is on the right-hand side.

Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166, Gosau, Gemeindeamt, Abzw.
