Our holiday flat offers space for 4-6 persons and is situated in a sunny and quiet hillside location at the edge of the forest. The equipment consists of a kitchen-living room, a double room with 2 additional beds, shower and WC.

In summer, our location offers a great starting point for hiking tours, mountain biking, swimming in the Lake Gosauor an excursion to the surrounding villages.

In winter, our location is a perfect starting point for ski tours in the immediate vicinity. The ski region Dachstein West is only a few minutes away by car or with the free ski bus. The bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away from the flat. The cross-country skiing trails can be reached in about 5 - 10 minutes on foot and run through the entire Gosau valley.

Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt crossing turn left onto Vordertalstraße, after approx. 700 m turn left onto Ramsaustraße. After approx. 400 m you will reach the holiday flat on the left side.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: Turn right onto Ramsaustraße, after approx. 400 m you will reach the holiday flat on the left-hand side.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: Turn right onto Ramsaustraße, after approx. 400 m you will reach the holiday flat on the left-hand side.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: After the Pass Gschütt crossing turn left onto Vordertalstraße, after approx. 700 m turn left onto Ramsaustraße. After approx. 400 m you will reach the holiday flat on the left side.

Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee

By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
change to the bus direction Bad Ischl, get off at the bus stop "Gosau Ramsau B166", follow the Ramsaustraße for about 5 minutes and you will reach the holiday flat on the left side.

Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166
follow the Ramsaustraße for about 5 minutes and you will reach the holiday flat on the left side.
