The healthy community of Bad Goisern at Lake Hallstatt offers aqua training in the 24° heated water of the outdoorf Swimming pool under the guidance of fitness trainer Daniela Kain.

Twice a week, Monday 9:10 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and Thursday 6:40 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the extremely efficient aqua training takes place in any weather, according to numerous scientifically proven studies.
Positive effects on the entire metabolism, in particular the very high calorie burning, the promotion of muscle strength, the massage effect and strengthening of the skin and connective tissue, the relief of the musculoskeletal system as well as regeneration are proven and are quickly felt in this hour.
The wonderful thing about this sport is that it doesn't matter whether you are a recreational athlete, pregnant woman or inexperienced swimmer, everyone can train together, achieve the optimum for themselves and have fun together.
