Aquajogging - sport in the park pool

It's that time again!
Aquajogging - water gymnastics with Daniela Kain (certified fitness and aquajogging trainer) at Parkbad Bad Goisern.

The Healthy Community of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt offers aqua training in the 24° heated water of the park pool under the guidance of fitness trainer Daniela Kain.

Three times a week in the period from 25 May to 11 September 2026 , the extremely efficient aqua training takes place in any weather, according to numerous scientifically proven studies.

Positive effects on the entire metabolism, in particular the very high calorie burn, the promotion of muscle strength, the massage effect and firming of the skin and connective tissue, the relief of the musculoskeletal system and regeneration are proven and quickly noticeable during this hour.

The wonderful thing about this sport is that whether you are a recreational athlete, pregnant woman or inexperienced swimmer, everyone can train together, achieve the optimum for themselves and have fun together.

Contribution towards expenses/course:
approx. € 5.00 (incl. rental belt and training material - WITHOUT admission to the park pool)
