MTB technique training with bike pro Lukas Kaufman

Together with Trophy ambassador and RAAM finisher Lukas Kaufmann, there will be bike technique training for e-MTB and organic bike riders at the "Salzkammergut radelt Event" on May 2nd in Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt.

+ Trophy ambassador and runner-up at the Race Across America 2025, Lukas Kaufmann, will be available as a trainer/guide!

Meeting point: Saturday, 2 May 2026 9:30 am, Bad Goisern market square; free parking is available at the public parking lot behind the Hand.Werk.Haus/Schloss Neuwildstein directly in the center of Bad Goisern. Planned schedule: Saturday, May 2, 2026: + 10-12 am technique training at the lido on the Traun river/center of Bad Goisern, + followed by a short lunch break; + approx. 12:30-14:30 pm ride to the "Ewige Wand" with practical exercises in downhill riding on the trails, which are also parts of the route in the Salzkammergut Trophy.

A limited number of rental eBikes are also available for the eBike technique training. Participation in the technical training is - like participation in the subsequent tours - free of charge. For organizational reasons and to ensure that the desired bike can be reserved in the correct frame height, it is essential to register by sending an email to touren@trophy.at stating your height.

Lukas Kaufmann has been a passionate biker since his youth and has taken part in marathons on every continent. The Kronsdorfer has now mastered the extreme 200-kilometer Trophy route 6 times and last year sensationally finished fourth in the most difficult conditions.
