Ski tourer early rides

The early ski touring trips on the Dachstein provide an early start to your ski touring adventure in the impressive mountain world

The early touring trips on the Dachstein Krippenstein offer ski tourers the opportunity to set off into the mountains early in the morning. From February 27 to April 5, 2026, the cable car runs to the mountain station at 7:30 a. m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. This allows ski tourers to start their tour before regular ski operations and enjoy the tranquil, wintry landscape of the Dachstein massif.

The Krippenstein is a popular starting point for various ski tours in the region. With the early ascent, athletes have more time for their tour and can experience the impressive nature and the wide descents to the full.
