Our opening times in February
The Hallstatt Tourist Office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. (luggage until 4 p.m.). The Hallstatt Tourist Office is closed on weekends and public holidays.
From 2 to 13 February, the Hallstatt Tourist Office is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and closed in the afternoon.
On Monday, 9 February 2026 and Tuesday, 17 February 2026, all tourist offices are open until 12 noon and closed in the afternoon.

Luggage depot
You want to enjoy your stay in the world heritage town to the fullest? Just drop off your luggage at our luggage depot and spend some relaxing hours between the mountains and the lake.
Copy-Service
Copy your notes in our offices in black/white. In Bad Goisern and Hallstatt you get your copy also in full colour and especially in Bad Goisern you have the possibility to copy in A3.
