Dachstein Round- Classic, the new blue

Due to the destroyed bridge in Russbach, the Dachstein round, with start in Bad Goisern, is closed !

The Dachstein Round has 3 alternatives to choose from, and the length of the routes varies between 184 and 269 km, depending on which you choose. Experience the beauty of your natural surroundings at an altitude of between 5 100 and 7 800 metres. The Dachstein Round is the crowning glory of a bike holiday in the Salzkammergut - a highlight for professional cyclists and amateurs alike. The Dachstein Round can be completed over a long weekend, and there are special packages available. These include luggage transfer.

The Dachstein Round Classic and Experience

In 2022 the Dachsteinrunde Classic will be signposted. The Experience will continue to be run as a GPS tour.

Currently there are the variants Dachsteinrunde Classic and Experience - with regard to route guidance and signposting, there have been changes. Dachsteinrunde Classic is already marked in the Dachstein Salzkammergut with the uniform, wine-red signposting. In the others, the familiar old signposting is still partly in place. To be on the safe side, ride with GPS track. The Dachsteinrunde Experience is only available as a GPX tour and is not signposted!
