Day 1:  Individual arrival in Bad Goisern.
You will receive your travel documents at your accommodation
Overnight in Bad Goisern.
 
Day 2: Bad Goisern – Goiserer lodge ~ 6 km, 4 h, altitude difference á 1083 m / â 10 m
Ascent via Trocktannalm to the Goiserer lodge below the summit of Mount Kalmberg. Not far      from the lodge lies the “Kalmoos church”, a cave in which Protestants attended services in        secret in the past.
Overnight stay at Goiserer lodge.
 
Luggage transfer from Bad Goisern to Gosau where you spend the following night (overnight      backpack and hut sleeping bag for the night at the Hofpuergl lodge have to be carried by yourself!)
 
Day 3:  Goiserer lodge – Gosau, ~6 km, 3 h, altitude difference á 0 m / â 840 m
Descent via Iglmoosalm to Gosau. In the evening we recommend to visit to the Protestant         church, which is known for its good acoustics. Perhaps you are in time for one of the regular       performances.

 
Day 4:  Gosau – Zwieselalm – Hofpuergl lodge ~10 km, 5 h, altitude difference á 850 m / â 860 m
Take the bus or walk (approx. 7 km) to the starting point of this stage at the Gosausee Lake.      Cable car up to the Zwieselalm, hike to the Hofpuergl lodge
Overnight stay at the Hofpuergl lodge
 
Luggage transfer from Gosau to Ramsau where you spend the following night (overnight            backpack and hut sleeping bag for the night at the Hofpuergl lodge have to be carried by yourself!)
 
Day 5:  Hofpuergl lodge – Ramsau ~13 km, 6-7 h, altitude difference á 1017 m / â 1072 m
High altitude to the Dachstein Suedwand lodge, descent to the Tuerlwand, then hiking bus to     Ramsau village.
Overnight stay in Ramsau under Mount Dachstein.
 
Day 6:  Ramsau – Schladming ~ 7,5 km, 4 h, altitude difference á 166 m / â 587 m
Across the Ramsauer plateau you walk to the central town of the region - Schladming
Overnight stay at Schladming.
 
Day 7:  Individual departure or extra nights. A transfer back to Bad Goisern can be booked on request
