Greetings to you at Inn Echo!

The true art of a chef, they say, is proven not so much by his ability to prepare a perfect lobster as by his ability to handle down-to-earth cuisine.

This natural and simple, but good cuisine, is what the Putz family of the "Gasthaus Echo" has been aiming at for some time with success. In order to be able to achieve this goal, the products are largely purchased from the farmers of Gosau!

The Inn Echo is also particularly suitable for celebrations such as christenings, birthdays, small weddings or other various events.

Bus groups are also very welcome!

Closed from Easter Monday to Mother's Day and mid-October to mid-December.

Kitchen hours from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. In fine weather in June, July and August, hot meals from 11:00 to 20:00 throughout the day

If this place is not enough, we can help out with our restaurant in the place for about 70 people.

Highway exit Golling - Abtenau, Rußbach, Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 4 km you will reach the turn-off to Gasthaus Echo on the right-hand side.

From Linz:
highway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: at the Pass Gschütt junction, drive straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 4 km you will reach the turn-off to Gasthaus Echo on the right-hand side.

From Vienna/Graz:
Liezen highway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Aussee, continue on the B145 towards Bad Goisern, take the B166 ramp to Golling/Gosau/Obertraun/Hallstatt/Bad Goisern-Süd, turn right at the Gosaumühle junction towards Gosau
Gosau: at the Pass Gschütt junction, drive straight ahead onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 4 km you will reach the turn-off to Gasthaus Echo on the right-hand side.

From Villach:
Tauernautobahn to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße to Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction, turn right onto the Gosausee Landstraße, after approx. 4 km you will reach the turn-off to Gasthaus Echo on the right-hand side.

By train
Route Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning
Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue by bus 541 in the direction of Gosaumühle, change to bus 542 in the direction of Gosausee

By bus (Sundays irregular):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, bus stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt
change to bus 542 direction Gosausee, at the bus stop " Hintertal b. Gosau Schmiedweg" and you will reach the Gasthaus Echo on the right-hand side after a 10-minute walk.
