The true art of a chef, they say, is proven not so much by his ability to prepare a perfect lobster as by his ability to handle down-to-earth cuisine.

This natural and simple, but good cuisine, is what the Putz family of the "Gasthaus Echo" has been aiming at for some time with success. In order to be able to achieve this goal, the products are largely purchased from the farmers of Gosau!

The Inn Echo is also particularly suitable for celebrations such as christenings, birthdays, small weddings ...

Opening hours

In bad weather from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In good weather in June, July and August, hot meals are served from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Variable days off.

From mid-March to Easter week, from Easter Monday to Mother's Day and from mid-October to mid-December, the restaurant is closed.
