The Roadhouse Gosaumühle - the hut on the lake is located on the B 166 in the area of the Gosaumühle car park between the town of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt and the World Heritage town of Hallstatt.

by car
from Salzburg:
Exit Thalgau via federal road B158 towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl drive onto Salzkammergut Street B145 towards Bad Goisern - past the roundabout - exit onto B 166 towards Hallstatt and Gosau - after about 5 minutes you will reach the Gosaumühle car park.

from Linz:
Exit Regau via federal road Salzkammergut street B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl to Bad Goisern - past the roundabout - exit onto B 166 towards Hallstatt and Gosau - after about 5 minutes you will reach the Gosaumühle car park.

from Vienna/Graz:
Exit Liezen via federal road B320, in Trautenfels drive onto Salzkammergut street B145 towards Bad Goisern/village St. Agatha - turn left into Erlenstraße to village Au - turn left onto B 166 towards Steeg and continue along Lake Hallstatt to Gosaumühle. 

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit "Eben im Pongau", via B166 Pass Gschütt federal road through Gosau, at the Gosaumühle junction - after crossing about 100m you will see the Roadhouse on the right side.
