Weitblick 7000 focuses on Austrian cuisine, offering traditional dishes with a contemporary twist and combined with international influences. The salts from the Salzwelten create a special connection to the Salzberg.
Inside, wood, clean lines, and the panoramic view define the modern ambiance. A special feature is the long communal table, crafted from the wood of a 175-year-old oak tree.
Located right next to the mountain station, the Weitblick 7000 combines cuisine, architecture, and landscape with one of the Salzkammergut’s most significant cultural and historical sites: Just a few steps away, the Hallstatt Skywalk and the Salzwelten lead visitors into more than 7,000 years of salt history and into the world’s oldest salt mine.
