Named after Archduchess Gisela (1856 - 1932), daughter of Emperor Franz Josef I and wife of Prince Leopold of Bavaria. She spent many summers in Bad Ischl and this viewing point was her favourite place to visit.
There will be a bench and a table. Here you can make a break during your walk (e.g. Karl Pilz Circular Walk). You can enjoy the beautiful few to southern Goiserian valley and the mountains of the Inner Salzkammergut.
