Gun club Gosau

The "Privilegierte Schützenverein Gosau", founded in 1623, is by far the oldest association in the Dachstein community.

Every year the Privileged Shooting Association Gosau ends the winter season on the first weekend of April with its annual shooting. Here the traditional club chooses its kings shooters with the air rifle.

Anyone who knows the shooting scene in the Salzkammergut knows that living customs have been preserved here.
