Experience the ultimate adventure park for the whole family in Gosau
The forest adventure park is designed to offer an outdoor experience for all guests and locals of all ages. In particular for events and incentives organised by tourism businesses in the inner Salzkammergut. Also for working with people with special needs, e.g. the blind, people with restricted mobility, school pupils and apprentices.
In a safe and controlled environment, participants are placed in an unusual, intensive nature experience. All offers are designed to be accessible to as many age groups as possible.
A mini climbing park - an adventure playground for toddlers that fulfils children's need for exercise in nature in line with current standards. The adventure playground consists of artificial obstacles (synthetic hemp and/or steel ropes in combination with wood), which are located at a height of 0.50 - 1 metre between living trees. The mini climbing park is built according to playground standards and can be climbed on without additional equipment. This ensures a low barrier to entry and is also a great physical challenge for young people and adults. Elements such as climbing and balancing can be learnt here in a fun way.
The Forest Adventure Park is a course of artificial exercises (rope and/or steel cables) located at a height of 3 - 18 metres between living trees. These exercises can be climbed using a climbing harness and carabiners as fall protection.
All exercises in a forest high ropes course are attached to the trunks using a special fastening technique. Different courses can be set up, each with different levels of difficulty. Special routes for children, for example, consist of simpler exercises at a low height.
7 courses with up to 14 exercises can be set up. A total of 73 stations can be climbed through.
The entire facility will be built and operated in accordance with the applicable norms and standards.
The routes will be divided into different categories:
