The Heritage.hotel Hallstatt combines three historic town houses: Haus Kainz, Haus Stocker & Haus Seethaler to create a very special hotel. The main house Kainz is located directly on the Landungsplatz - this is where you check in. The restaurant and sauna are also located in this building. Haus Stocker, which is a 3-minute walk from the main building, is the oldest and most unique building in Hallstatt. It will welcome you with its special charm. The Haus Seethaler, which is a 5-minute walk from the main house, impresses with its fantastic lake view rooms and is situated on the hillside.Nearby excursion destinations

Our Heritage.Deluxe double rooms are located in the Kainz, Stocker and Seethaler houses and have a lake view.
In the Kainz house, the rooms have wooden floors and look out over the landing stage and Lake Hallstatt. In Haus Stocker you can enjoy a balcony as well as a lake view and in Haus Seethaler you can expect a lake view and balcony in this category, here the rooms have carpeted floors.
The room size is approx. 22-26 square metres and is suitable for up to three people. Modern interiors and warm colours create a feel-good atmosphere.

Our standard double rooms are located in the Kainz, Stocker and Seethaler houses and offer our guests a pleasant feel-good atmosphere.
The cosy rooms face the Protestant church (in the Kainz house) and offer a limited view of the lake in the Stocker and Seethaler houses. The room size is approx. 18-25 square metres and offers space for two people. The modern interior also contributes to the feel-good atmosphere.

Our Heritage Superior rooms are located in the Kainz and Seethaler buildings and offer our guests a wonderful lake view and balcony.
The elegantly furnished rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults and have a lake view and balcony. In Haus Seethaler, the Superior room is also one of the most beautiful rooms in our hotel. With a generous window front facing the lake and a small terrace, you will hardly want to leave the room.
