Our house has 2 holiday flats of 80-90m² each for 2-4 persons.

One flat is in the attic and one on the first floor with balcony. Each flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, bathroom with separate toilet and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The accommodation is very centrally located.

Perfect starting point for hikes and mountain bike routes in summer, as well as access to cross-country skiing trails and bus stop for skiers to the Dachstein West ski area.

Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction turn left onto the B166, after approx. 500 m you will reach the holiday flat on the right-hand side.

from Linz:
Motorway exit Regau - Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Bad Goisern, Gosau
Gosau: Take the B166 to the Gosinger Konditorei, after the confectionery you will find the holiday flat on the left.

from Vienna/Graz:
Motorway exit Liezen on the B320, in Trautenfels turn on Salzkammergut street B145 to Bad Aussee, turn on Koppen street through Obertraun and Hallstatt, at the Gosaumühle junction turn left towards Gosau
Gosau: Take the B166 to the Gosinger Konditorei, after the confectionery you will find the holiday flat on the left.

from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit “Eben im Pongau”, via the B166 Pass Gschütt federal road to Gosau
Gosau: after the Pass Gschütt junction turn left onto the B166, after approx. 500 m you will reach the holiday flat on the right-hand side.

Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning lines
Arrival by train in "Steeg / Gosau" then continue with bus 541/542 in the direction Gosausee

By bus (irregularly on Sundays):
Bus 470 (Abtenau - Gosau) direction Gosau, stop Gosau Abzw. Pass Gschütt,
walk in the direction of Vordertal. After approx. 450 m you will reach the holiday flat on the right-hand side.

Bus 541/542 (Bad Ischl - Gosausee) direction Gosausee, stops Haltestelle: Gosau Klaushof, Gosau Bärnausiedlung, Gosau Ressenbachweg, Gosau Vordertal B166, Gosau Ramsau B166,
walk straight on for about 100 metres. The holiday flat is on the left side.
