We welcome you in our high quality renovated small country estate "Eisenlehen". You will feel comfortable with us!

​Our holiday home "Gut Eisenlehen" is a historic building, and its first written mention dates back to the year 1551. In 2008, a great deal of effort was put into the renovation of our property. It comprises around 175 m² of living space, which includes a kitchen, a dining room, a loft studio with sleeping and living area, three large double bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms and a sauna.
 
 
Our holiday home Gut Eisenlehen has a 3500 m² large, fenced garden with ponds and an old wooded area where you can also let your dogs run free. In summer, you can access the adjacent forest with its numerous hiking trails directly from the garden. The bathing areas on Lake Hallstatt are also reachable within a few minutes by car. The River Traun is also very close by and is a very inviting destination for a swim on hot summer days.
 
You will certainly feel comfortable here with us, whilst enjoying the great atmosphere of the house and the spacious garden.
Arrival = from 16:30 / departure = 09:00. Price per dog = € 30. A one-off fee is payable for cleaning following your departure.

We have also made a great deal of effort to provide furnishings in the style of the property. All bedrooms have comfortable double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen equipment is also brand new and of high quality. Likewise, we chose solid wood furniture for the dining room.

We charge € 30 for each pet you bring with you to cover the cost of the increased need for cleaning. Tourist tax, electricity, wood and water consumption are calculated according to actual consumption on departure and then billed accordingly. The deposit is € 350 and is payable upon arrival.

cancellation terms and conditions

If the tenant withdraws from the contract after the conclusion of the rental contract, a cancellation fee relating to the amount of the down payment (35% of the rental amount) will be charged. The renter has the right to organise a new tenant who enters into the rights and obligations of the contract. In terms of the rental price, the original and the replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable. If the tenant cancels up to 70 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 30 days before the rental date = 80% of the rental price, less than 30 days = 100% of the total rental price.
