Our holiday home "Gut Eisenlehen"
is a property steeped in history, the first documented mention of which dates back to 1551. In 2008, our house was completely renovated with great effort.
It comprises around 175 m2 of living space, which is divided into a kitchen, a dining room, an attic studio with sleeping and living area, three large double bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms.
Our house is very exclusive and equipped with its own large sauna.
Our holiday home Gut Eisenlehen has an approximately 3500 m2 fenced garden plot with ponds and old trees where you can also let your dogs run free. Directly from the garden you can walk on a groomed cross-country ski trail. The floodlit toboggan run with its serviced mountain huts is also just a few minutes' walk from the house. The distance to the Dachstein West ski areas is about 10 minutes by car.
We are convinced that you will feel at home in our house and enjoy the great atmosphere of the house and the spacious garden.

Our house was recently renovated at great expense and is in excellent condition.
The renovation covered the entire property, including the technical aspects of the house. Great importance was attached to a stylish renovation. A great deal of effort and investment went into creating a fantastic property that combines the charm of a bygone era with the luxury and cosiness of today. We have also endeavoured to acquire furnishings that match the style of the house. All bedrooms are furnished with cosy double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen equipment is also absolutely new and of high quality. The dining room has also been furnished with solid wooden furniture.
We are sure that you will feel at home in our fantastic house.

If the tenant withdraws from the contract after the conclusion of the rental contract, a cancellation fee relating to the amount of the down payment (35% of the rental amount) will be charged. The renter has the right to organise a new tenant who enters into the rights and obligations of the contract. In terms of the rental price, the original and the replacement tenant are jointly and severally liable. If the tenant cancels up to 70 days before the rental date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price is payable. Up to 30 days before the rental date = 80% of the rental price, less than 30 days = 100% of the total rental price.

Our holiday home "Gut Eisenlehen" is located 5 km from the center of Bad Goisern in a quiet residential area at the foot of the Ramsaugebirge. From the spacious garden as well as the beautiful sun terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the directly adjacent agricultural meadows as well as the forests and mountains behind. The view reaches to the "Loser" in the neighboring village Altausse in Styria. The distance to Lake Hallstatt is only a few hundred meters from the house and the ski areas "Dachstein West" as well as "Krippenstein" can also be reached in about 10 minutes. A groomed cross-country ski run leads directly past the house and also the beautiful hiking trail (Soleleitungsweg), which leads from Hallstatt to Ebensee, is also next to the house. The location is therefore very natural and quiet. The inner Salzkammergut is known as one of the most beautiful regions of this beautiful earth. Surrounded by magnificent mountains, large alpine pastures, glassy bathing lakes with drinking water quality and only about one car trip from the city of Salzburg. Bad Goisern is located in the middle of this beautiful region.

Exit Thalgau via the B158 federal road towards Bad Ischl, in Bad Ischl take the B145 Salzkammergut road towards Bad Goisern.
from Linz:
Regau motorway exit onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 towards Gmunden and Bad Ischl as far as Bad Goisern.
from Vienna/Graz:
Liezen motorway exit onto B320, in Trautenfels turn onto Salzkammergut Straße B145 to Bad Goisern.
from Villach:
Tauern motorway to exit ‘Eben im Pongau’, via B166 Pass Gschütt Bundesstraße through Gosau, turn left at the Gosaumühle junction towards Bad Goisern.
By train
Attnang-Puchheim - Stainach-Irdning line:
Stops Goisern Jodschwefelbad, Bad Goisern railway station, Steeg / Gosau.
By bus
