The apartment is an ideal starting point for tours in summer, cycling, biking, hiking or climbing the surrounding area offers a variety of possibilities. In winter, skiing, cross-country skiing or tobogganing are the order of the day.

Not far from the village of Gosau it is recommended to make a trip to the nearby towns such as Hallstatt, Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang or to the Styrian Ausseerland.

cancellation terms and conditions

If something comes up, we will do our best to find an alternative date for your stay. If this is not possible, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by both contracting parties by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
From the 29th day before arrival 30% of the stay.
from the 14th day before arrival 70% of the stay
From the 7th day prior to arrival until departure 90% of the stay.

If the guest does not arrive by 18h (unless a later arrival time has been agreed), a cancellation fee of 100% is payable.

A deposit of 30% of the booking price must be paid before the start of the trip in order to fix the booking.

Holiday like with friends

Guests were already welcomed to our house by my parents, and I have great childhood memories of that. There was always something going on in the house and as a child I was even allowed to go on excursions with long-standing guests. Many are still friends of our family today. After the complete renovation, we are very happy to finally be able to welcome many exciting guests again.
