Your week could look like this
Monday
- Arrival in the late morning, around noon and check-in at the accommodation
3 optional programme points on the day of arrival
- Forest education in one of the four villages of the World Heritage Region, duration approx. 3 hours
- Forest school Chorinskyklause, from 3 hours (flexible)
- Hiking with Llama up the Siriuskogel (Bad Ischl), approx. 3 hours
Tuesday
- Travel by private bus to Hallstatt Lahn or by train - Hallstatt railway station
- Age-appropriate guided tour of Hallstatt incl. visit Bone House (ossuary), duration approx. 1.5 hours
- Short walk to the valley station of the Salt Mine Cablecar, ascent with the cablecar
- Hike of approx. 15 minutes across the Hallstatt high valley
- Guided tour of the oldest salt mine in the world, duration approx. 90 minutes
- Hike back and visit the World Heritage Viewing Platform
- Descent with the Salt Mine Cablecar
- Boat trip on Lake Hallstatt, duration approx. 50 minutes
- Return to your accommodation by private bus or train
Wednesday - Outdoor Day
Optional
- Climbing on the Findling - climbing day in Obertraun
- Outdoor Park - Outdoor Olympics in Bad Goisern
you can choose between: High-rope climbing garden, archery, clilmbing, rope bridge, survival training, power swing - Climbing experience in Gosau - climbing garden and via ferrata
- Raft building, canoe kayak, canyoning
Thursday
- Travel by private bus to Obertraun to the valley station of Krippenstein cable car
- Ascent by cable car, section I Schönbergalm, hike to the cave entrance, duration approx. 20 minutes
- Guided tour of the giant ice cave, duration approx. 60 minutes
- Hike back and lunch possible at Schönbergalm
- Continue with the cable car, section II to the Krippenstein Plateau
- Lunch at the Lodge at Krippenstein possible
- Hike to the viewing platform 5fingers and World Heritage Spiral, duration approx. 30 minutes
- Last descent at 17:00 p.m.
- Return to accommodation by private bus
Friday
3 optional programme points on departure day
- Visit to the Hand.Werk.Haus Bad Goisern, the pupils learn and work out a lot about the active handicrafts in the Salzkammergut, duration approx. 3 hours
- On the way home, possible stop in Gmunden, experience by Gmundner Keramik, guided tour of the factory and ceramic painting workshops, duration approx. 2.5 to 3 hours
- Stop in Bad Ischl with guided tour of the Kaiservilla or the Salzkammergut Nature Museum
