105 family suites and 12 chalets (Single and double chalets with their own saunas) offer families in the Dachsteinkönig a luxurious living experience. All room types of course have their own children's room and lots of luxury for young and old alike.

From the age of 7 days onwards, babies and children are professionally looked after. 20 trained supervisors - many of whom are Kindergarten teachers - watch over our younger guests from 8:00 to 21:00 7 days a week. The indoor play-area is an amazing 2000 m². Cinema, theatre, a soft play area across two floors, a family bowling alley, a gym hall, a karting track and much more make childhood dreams come true.

The most "awesome" part is the 100 metre long water slide in swimming zone with plenty of pools and attractions. Outdoors, children will experience a huge area with a bouncy castle, adventure playground, children's vehicle course, as well as have the chance to meet lots of animals at the petting zoo.

A 1000 m² wellness and sauna area with an exclusive spa is reserved for adults for regeneration in peace and quiet. "A family holiday can only be called that if the offer is perfect not only for children, but adults too" says Ernst Mayer. While the little people enjoy their meals in the children's restaurant, adults can look forward to the fine tastes of the gourmet kitchen and a great selection of wines from the wine card.

In front of the gates of this wonderful family resort - only 100 metres away - is the ski lift to the Dachstein West ski region. The biggest ski resort in Upper Austria, it was chosen by Skiresort.de, the globally largest test portal for ski regions, as the champion of the "Secret Tips: Leading Ski regions up to 80 km pistes" and "Families and Children" categories.
