Ideally located close to Lake Hallstatt and just a few minutes walk from the historic center of the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hallstatt, lies the boutique hotel "Fenix Hall", first mentioned in 1850 and recently restored to its original charm.
The family-run hotel offers spacious rooms with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and modern amenities such as free WiFi throughout the building. The "Fenix Hall" is 200m from Hallstatt's bathing beach and just a 5-minute walk from the world's oldest salt mine, as well as the "Skywalk" for picturesque views of the lake and mountains.
The hotel is easily accessible by car and offers a parking lot for check in and check out. After check in it is recommended to use the public parking "P1" which is about 150 meters away.
There is a wide choice of restaurants nearby. The supermarket, as well as the bus station with free ski shuttle in winter, is about 150 m away.
The comfortable non-smoking rooms are spacious, bright and equipped with double beds, flat-screen TVs, in-room safes, hairdryers and kettles.
The "Fenix Hall" offers easy access to many year-round activities such as mountain biking, paragliding, hiking, climbing, fishing, whitewater rafting and kayaking in summer; and alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating and sledding in winter. The cable car "Dachstein-Krippenstein" can be reached in only 5 minutes and the ski region Dachstein West in 20 minutes by car.
