How do I cook Kaesespaetzle (cheese noodles)?
You need these ingredients
- 400g flour
- 4 eggs
- 180 ml milk
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 40 dag grated cheese (that one you like)

This is how you make the Kaesespaetzle
Process the ingredients to a smooth dough and drip into boiling water with a late reading sieve. As soon as the spaetzle float on top, drain and cool. Roast the onion in a hot pan until glassy, add the spaetzle and toss. Add the grated cheese (Traungold, Berrgbaron, beer cheese, etc.) and roast until a crust forms on the bottom.
