Christmas Market Hallstatt
The romantic Christmas Market on the market square is, each year, the highlight of the Advent season. The market is organised by the people of Hallstatt and Obertraun and offers a diverse mix of traditional craft. Regional music groups accompany the market and bring a special Christmas atmosphere into Hallstatt.
The three dimensional crib scene in Hallstatt
The HTBLA in Hallstatt set up the three dimensional crib scene on the market square. Other highlights include musical entertainment, traditional food and drink, mulled wine and punch, all of which add to the relaxing ambiance of the Christmas Markets.
The Hallstatt Christmas market traditionally takes place every year on 8th of December.
